At Première Peau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your complexion, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
